The Supreme Court, most prominently in Buckley v. Valeo and Citizens United v. FEC, has enabled corporations and wealthy individuals to exert undue influence over our democracy. The vector towards corporatacracy has thus been set, growing in magnitude each election cycle. \"Market forces\" have incrementally taken over the decision processes of global governance. If the People are to reassert sovereignty we must amend the Constitution to correct these corrupting judicial doctrines.Avatar Image
