66. No no no nothing that quick and easy

I want to see him suffer from some lengthy, long-term, debilitating illness that leaves him horribly disfigured and crippled, dependent on other people to assist him and make decisions for him. Something that leaves his mind intact but prohibits him from speaking or moving.
