Reporters never stand a chance with Condi. She has anticipated everything they can say and has carefully calculated in advance the precisely best spin to give back. She was ready when asked about guns to mention her father had a gun to protect them from racists in her Birmingham childhood. She knows fully well that her example does not refute the fact that a gun in your home greatly increases your risk of dying from suicide, accident, murder.
