Every time a new Mission Impossible movie comes out and I see Ving Rhames in the trailer, I keep thinking the same thing: Didn't he die? How did they piece together all this footage?

But then I think I must be recalling Duncan, another popular, big-guy actor with a deep voice, who passed away in 2012.
