Because it is more tolerable to think that there was an inside job against Kennedy because he was anti-cuba or anti-organized crime or anti-vietnam. But the more likely truth is that Oswald fired the shots of a lifetime. It's sad. And it's not particularly sexy. But it's probably the truth. A great person can be taken down by a lucky shot.
