He wanted Bolton to leave his home not knowing that he was fired. Bolton arrived at the White House, and couldn't enter because his security pass was rescinded. (In other words, he was already fired.)

Meanwhile, secret service agents were at his house, breaking and confiscating his computers, electronics and documents that might be used against Chump in a lawsuit. Then Chump tweets Bolton and tells him he's fired. The reporters were already snapping pictures of Bolton outside the White House as he gets the news.

Yes Chump is a pussy ass bitch, and it boggles the mind as to why anyone would want to work for him.
