(126,700 posts)20. Even if they weren't made of simple water vapor, which they are,
the obvious point is that standing in your back yard squirting vinegar a few feet into the air won't make them go away. That's science, too. Contrails are up there about 35,000 feet or more, and how the hell are you going to get your vinegar up there with a household spray bottle? And even if you could do that, how could a few ounces of vinegar vapor affect hundreds of pounds of water vapor (or whatever the woowoo crowd thinks it is)?
You will end up smelling like a salad when your vinegar vapor falls back onto you, and the contrails will dissipate in a short time anyhow.
Science.

Personaly I've found Jack Daniels far more effective at removing chemtrails than vinegar.
