(4,341 posts)For some reason criminals do not seem to grasp the concept of consequences, they just push forward, they make decisions and never look at the side effects, they seem to believe they are going to get away with whatever crime they have just perpetrated.
A good example is a guy, many years ago, in California who kidnapped a 12 year old girl, raped her, killed her, threw her body in a bush, and two hours later was found in a bar drinking beer with some pals. There was no remorse, there was nothing. The criminal mind works very different and that is why it is hard for non-criminals to understand why they do the things they do.
The creature in the WH is one of those with a criminal mind, he has zero concept of consequences, which is what makes him, and Barr, so dangerous, and many of the republicans seem to have fallen into that frame of mind, they seem very confident they will not get caught, that their actions won't have any consequences, they don't even realize how foolish and how cowardly they look when they praise their leader in front of the cameras, like they did yesterday, they don't realize people are looking now at them with contempt, with pity, and shame.
