...why are they worried about people on the roads? When they're in the car, nobody is contacted. Whether coming or going to things that are open.
Or, just the person taking a short ride to shed stir craziness. ( Like me). House, car, house is exposing nobody to anything.
I think they should have been more specific about the behaviors they're trying to prevent.
All that said, I liked what Lightfoot said. Saying they had to do this because "some people" just wouldn't listen to advice.
