If only certain places are open, and I'm in the car alone, going nowhere except for ride, cops are going to chase me home?
That's why I said they needed to be more specific about what is OK. Everything can't be considered a public health risk.
I admit it's personal. Going out in the country, driving slow, listening to satellite radio is part of my day & solace. The leisureliness, the relaxation and the solitude, 10 or 15 minutes, 3 or 4 times a day is really valuable to me.
