4. Corporatism is showing signs of aging. It's more rigid, inflexible, and unable to adapt.

Ingraham is the village crier, warning of fear and loathing in the common square. She's summoning the societal thugs to protect the power elite from loss of wealth by injecting wedge issues to activate the thugs.

That's about the long and short of it.

She is in denial that the virus is a real and efficient killer, and it will come for her eventually. Racism, fascism, or any other socially divisive factor will NOT diminish the power of the virus. She is trying to turn the virus into a culture war. The virus is not based on culture. It's based on biology. Ingraham will learn this soon enough.

IMO, millions will die before any hope of containment of the virus becomes a reality. We are not even considering that THIS virus rapidly mutates, so that any vaccine that is effective for one mutated strain may be ineffective for another.

We are in even more dangerous times than the virus dictates. Trump will use the virus to consolidate power. He'll demand that he remain in power for as long as his life can be sustained, because he's truly an insane and murderous leader. He will come to terms with the fact that he'll lose an election by making an election out of reach. He'll declare an emergency and cancel the election, or he'll be forcibly removed from power. We have not seen the ugliness that will come soon. We have not seen the unrest, the social clashes, the violence that Trump will inspire as his fear of defeat looms.

Hold fast, friends. Keep your vision wide and open. We are in for very rough times.
