2. If I and my partner were sick

and I had someone who could potentially look after my four year old - I would FOR SURE consider moving to my parents home ESPECIALLY if they had a separate home for me to stay in.

I don't know how the young child could quarantine before 'moving' buildings - to be cared for by grandparents (that's a real problem) and there are no good solutions.

but I'd still want the child near family. We've written on this board about other mothers who got very sick and could not take care of their children. That's frightening.

I don't know the details of this. But these are hard times and if you have a young child - you have to figure out a way for family to be available if you are not.
