The rest of the world sees Trump’s election as an anomaly. Putting him back in office would be seen as total insanity and would confirm their view that the US is a dangerous country and that Americans care only on their guns and their hatred and anger and nothing else is important. Trump is a bumble headed laughingstock in the rest of the world—a second term would make the US a similar laughingstock, as well as a has-been world leader.
