I'm so sorry for your loss, and for not knowing to acknowledge it at the time. They are only words, but, unfortunately, they are all we have. I'm sure the first contact with your daughter was much more powerful than all the condolences combined. Still...I offer mine and tell you they are genuine.

I hope every day is better than the last.
