That person is already imprisoned in many ways, most of them by his own doing. He can't go anywhere, he can't reenter business or entertainment, or ever get the numbers supporting him to rise. Enough of his well heeled acolytes, now betrayed, will begin the chants. It will be the republicans seeking punishment and revenge. As always.
