Also weighing heavy on me are the efforts to put "determination of state election results" in partisan hands (i.e., state legislatures who are politicians), which would really screw up what's left of our democracy. To me, that's the most dangerous component of the many proposed (and some enacted) voter suppression laws. It's more than suppression, it gives the option to negate votes.
Arrgh!
Anyway, thanks for your words. I feel less alone in my upset.
