This happened to me a few years ago. Call the registrars office and make sure your voter

Thanks but my understanding is that is only for the inbound ballot and not one that has been

I get my texts direct from the San Diego Registrar, they showed the USPS had my ballot on 8/21,

Yes and I can also check the sites. It shows when it was sent which doesn't actually

If I was in your situation, I'd walk into the registrar's office and speak with them directly.
