3. Yeah I was tame in describing it

I debated using the word victim as opposed to recipient. Oh well. Mostly I just noticed the man in the OP photo looked a little old to be referred to as a "son" so I went looking for faces to match names. I'm too lazy to find images to link here for all three men in the story. This article provides pics of the son and commissioner de la Portilla:
