I'm not saying she's at the top of her game but she's being kicked while she's down, in my view. It is certain she should not run again and it probably would be good if she did resign but I don't think the whisper campaign is appropriate and is harmful to her personally.

Suppose she may choose to step down soon, two more years is a long haul if you're getting tired.
