I do try to eat a little healthier while on the road,
I have a small reefer and a 2 burner electric hot plate in my truck so I try to stock up on things like fruit, salads, raw veggies, etc., or if a restaurant is within walking distance of where I've parked for the night, them I will eat there, but I'm just not going to give up my beef, chicken, pork, I am too fond of them.

If others want to try it, more power to them, it's that freedom of choice thingy and far be it from me to dissuade others from trying different foods.

Have a great Friday and weekend.
