If you're overwhelmed right now by everything happening in the world, know that is ok.
It's ok to talk about it.
It's ok to turn off the news.
It's ok to disconnect.
It's ok to take a break.
It's ok that you feel like you do.
With everything happening right now, with all of the war coverage, with the talk of nuclear war, with the imagery being posted, it's ok that you're where you are. Anytime any of you want to talk, I'm always here and you can private message me anytime you'd like. You may not know me but understand you feel the way many do right now. And you're among friends here & many are in the same boat you are.
If I may make a suggestion I'll recommend a few things for you to help with the stress & uncertainty of everything right now.
YouTube is an amazing place. And I have some great stuff to help you!
Around the clock there are YouTube channels that stream live calm & relaxing music. Put this on, close your eyes, and take it in. Headphones work best. These are great streams and channels to detoxify & de-stress to. The last one with the Native American flute & rain is my personal fav.
