...4Chan/8Chan/whatever the hell they call it these days, Reddit, MRA/PUA "culture" like RooshV, Stormfront, etc. Only a couple of years ago, the kind of things you see on Carlson's show would be completely fringe--the sort of garbage you would find on RooshV's now-defunct "Return of Kings" site, for example. And the Buffalo shooter's ridiculous "manifesto" was full of this crap as well--it was basically murder by Pepe meme.
