3. Question Is Too Vague To Answer

Without more context, I don't think even our legal experts could provide a direct answer.
I have one example: as part of customer outreach, my staff & I would provide technical consulting & assistance to customers having production or product quality issues.
That assistance, however, was not included in the supply contracts. In fact, no mention of direct technical assistance was made.
So, any technical support from our company to a customer would be non-contractual. We may do it, but we were not legally obligated to provide it.
