29. A friend bought a condo north of Miami

May 2023

to retire at at least 10 years ago. When she finally did retire there she realized she would have to sell and move back to the NY area since the doctors around her in FL were very poor and couldn't treat her complicated Diabetes and kidney issues. She said that the insurance for homes in FL is impossible to get reasonably, if at all, due to the severe changes in climate. She has seen the difference herself in a very short time.
