(29,312 posts)65. A clerk is not going to permanently assign the judge in this case,
simply because that makes zero sense, the trial is too important.
I kept hearing that the judge to preside over the case would be randomly drawn and I have seen no evidence that happened.
How many times has this law clerk assigned a judge? Is that the procedure?

As I understand it.. He had to file where the crime was uncovered.. that was Florida
