do their job… but they’re nice…everyone likes them.. they play well with others so co-workers cover for them and supervisors cut them slack. Then there’s the uber competent one who is constantly stirring up shit…. no one likes them… they are the quintessential bully on the playground and they will be fired the second management finds their replacement. So while incompetence may not get you fired being a jerk sure as hell will and Rob is the jerkiest of all jerks.
