a fire sprinkler system in it's many units (a man died there in a fire in 2018 (a fire alram system did alert the fire department). Cheapskate mango menace didn't put them in when it was built in 1983 as they weren't required then, and it's not clear whether the building has been retro-fitted with sprinklers.

If not, that lessens the value considerably. To his credit, he did retro-fit one of his other buildings, trump World Tower, in 1999.
