Priorities??

Damn - a power washer can take that off in minutes - what about all the toddlers who have to live the rest of their lives without limbs, sight, horrible scars from burns, no parents, dead siblings and you carry on about some graffiti on a very small portion of a building.

(The average age of the 6000 dead children is 3 to 5)
