13. It is a deal

But it’s a far cry from most of my adult life. Full meals at the fast food joints ran $5-$6. They’ve been overcharging for the sodas forever, and a small bag of fries was always less than a dollar. In & Out was a great burger, but the fries are soggy.

That’s what I get for a childhood on frozen french fries, gimme the fresh ones and I think they’re soggy.
