His propensity for projection is the first filter to apply and I think it's telling that he's confusing the dates, because this might actually be a rerun for him. He's played this trick before because he's a one trick pony.
He keeps referring to the idea that the large waves of migrants are being "brought in" as though they had been recruited with promises of life in the US solely to throw elections (against him). Considering that this claim could be projection, is that what has already happened, to some degree, in the past? Those "caravans" of migrants who suddenly materialize just before elections and dissipate shortly thereafter unless they serve some other rhetorical purpose?
The fact that -45 and his minions can never cough up specifics or facts is another tell, the only thing going on is bluster about bullshit they made up to try and divert attention from their own wrongdoing, I think this is certainly a case of such feedback loop of misinformation.
