I'm hoping Nikki Haley stays in and does well because that angers Donald Trump and might hurt him in the general election. I think it hurt Hillary Clinton when Bernie Sanders stayed in the race after it was clear he couldn't win. Some Democrats said he should have quit even before he began, but I thought an actual contest was OK, up to a point. It is the natural tendency of party logistics to jump on the frontrunner bandwagon very early, even if he or she is not yet the frontrunner. So the sudden burst of Trump endorsements is no surprise. We do the same thing. It's a different story for the so-called liberal media. They're not supposed to help anoint Trump the Magnificent, but that's what they're doing.
