Blatant injustice and hypocrisy invites scorn and ridicule. It serves a purpose, allowing people to vent because there isn't anything they can do at this exact moment. Dusting yourself off and getting back to work is great but it takes time whereas the mental fury is immediate.

It can get out of hand though. Understanding just how personal some of these issues are to individuals though, I'm not going to browbeat anyone if they want to flame away.
