Even in retrospect it stuns me what Rove/Bush did to win - and that the media condoned it. The media had more than enough information to have made it backfire. ( In fact, this year parts of the media called Romney's disgraceful actions holding down a boy and cutting his hair - and CNN even equated serving as a missionary in France with fighting in Vietnam - even speaking of how hard it was!
