The Comstock Act needs to be ripped out by it's roots [View all]

I heard of Anthony Comstock when I was a teenager in the 60’s. I thought to myself, “Thank God this guy is long dead and his law is a joke now.” Boy, was I wrong.

This is something Congress can repeal, right?
