Their article contained a detailed timeline of verifiable facts regarding Garland and DOJ’s actions prior to the J6 committee’s report and Smith’s appointment, that completely disproves your claim/opinion.

That same timeline/facts collected by Marcy Wheeler, had been published by MSNBC several weeks prior to the NYT article.

These facts have been posted in your Garland bashing threads over and over, yet you continue to make provably false statements, then backtrack and reframe them as just your “opinion”.

Some people hold the “opinion” that the world is flat.

Others acknowledge and accept reality.
