7. When virtually every company that provided a product/service

is asking you about your satisfaction, there's something else going on. I'm not being paranoid. Think back a few years. How often did any company that provided you with a product/service send you a survey? There's a reason it's being done and my instincts say it has nothing to do with my satisfaction.
