...from COVID vaccines, these vaccines were given to hundreds of millions, if not billions, of people.

With that many people involved, there are going to be thousands of simple coincidences where some other health problem simply happened at the same time someone got a vaccine. In a few of these case real but mild reactions to the vaccine will make it seem like the mild reaction was the onset of a merely coincidental bigger health problem.

After you eliminate the coincidences (which are probably most of the apparent bad reactions), what if there are some real nasty health consequences for a few people?

Well, we shouldn't be angry at pharmaceutical companies or government policies requiring vaccination. Many millions of lives were saved by quick deployment of COVID vaccines, at those lives would have been lost by slowing down the development of the vaccines to try to eliminate even the rarest of bad side effects.
