... and you don't have to follow your nose too far before you bump into the source of the stench: Oligarchs with more money than they could spend in ten lifetimes. But, too much is never enough. And how do they quench that insatiable craving for dominion over the lives of others? Why, Project 2025, of course! That's when the REAL fun begins.
People like Leonard Leo and Harlan Crowe are psychotic monsters, and they are so certain of their innate superiority that they are beyond reason. And the cherry on top is their professed certainty that Gawd told them it's alright. Oh, well, if your Almighty Sky Daddy spoke to you, then fine. Throughout history, that alone has justified all manner of unspeakable evils. And, as Voltaire said, anyone that can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.
