And your "excellent channel" remains unnamed (its logo is an ampersand - could be anything, and looks designed to stop people looking it up).

The title alone isn't so bad - there's not that much you can fit in a title. But you're allowed to write as much as you like in your OP ("eg "The devil is in the details - China doesn't have the apparatus to support any long deployment in Europe" ), or explain that it's an exercise in Belarus. But you didn't bother. Watching a video takes time, and there are a lot of people who produce crap videos.
