13. They are already, right now, committing the crime of

conspiring to commit election fraud and overturn an election. The letter from Elias urges them to either certify the elections or to leave their positions. Couldn't they be removed and charged before the election? Or would they just be replaced by other MAGAs if they were removed now?

If they stay in their jobs and do refuse to certify the election, then they should be charged immediately with interfering in an election to commit fraud and overturn it.
