Once again, JD Vance's smears of Walz's military record show the stark difference between our sides. [View all]
When JD Vance was named Trump's running, I would never have questioned his service or cracked jokes about it. In fact, I probably thought, "He was a veteran--I suspect many people will find that admirable." Our side has the capacity to simultaneously respect his service and call out the politics and behavior we actually have issues with.
Not with them. Tim Walz serves admirably, and they immediately look for ways to tear his service down, all of them bogus.
It is frustrating to have to listen to such nonsense, but it reaffirms my pride in myself and the group I choose to affiliate with.
