They gave free airtime to a campaign speech because they actually believed he was going to discuss and economic plan.
It's so obvious there will be no actual plan (aside from what some stooges at Heritage are throwing tantrums over) and they should have known this would happen.
And no, it's not about money because their own financial statements show the "good for business" stuff is untrue.
