50. Imagine this...I was invited to Switzerland to make Art w my aunt at her & my uncle's home. l mentioned in an e-mail..

since they lived about in the middle of the country by the French border; could I take a train to Paris for a day, and return at night. I was staying w them for 3 weeks!
This was Sept 2016.

She said - no. Instead she took me, and one of her granddaughter's for a 4 day, 3 night stay in Paris by train.

Anyway, on our 3rd day we were eating lunch at a restaurant (she'd been in Paris at least several times). I was going to go off, and see the Effile Tower (they'd been to it). I wasn't going to up (too scared, not enough time), but I loved it so I had to see it in person!

I got up. We were at the last table before the entrance. I turned around. As I did I saw the man who's chair was back to back against mine at the next table.

He was wearing a Trump T-shirt! I was like silently UGH! as I'm a born and bred NYCr who been disgusted by him for years. I didn't need this on my wonderful vacation!

Luckily I got into what I was doing so I forgot about him!

I haven't see any MAGA hats here in NYC except the night Hillary lost as I was leaving MSNBC's Election Night coverage at Rockefeller Center, and going up 6th Ave three Magats came walking by carrying a big Trump sign, cheering. Blargh!
