5. I've always detested him deeply....

even though I never fully realized the scope of his corruption until Maddow's podcast.

"When Richard Nixon needed a Veep,
He looked to Maryland, and got a real creep.
He picked up this dud, some loser named Spiro,
And said that someday, he'd be a great hero.

Well, Agnew called someone a fat ugly jap,
And said to the press, "I'll not take this crap!"
Then Uncle Sam said he had been lax
In telling the truth about his income tax.

He said that the charges were made from thin air,
But at his trial, he said, "Nolo contendere."
Now for his crimes, he'll someday be rich,
He'll be a millionaire, that sonofabitch!
