His minions are already spreading conspiracy "theories" that the government has specific, direct control of the weather and uses it to disenfranchise Republicans. TSF already accused the VP of spending the entire FEMA budget on paying to import illegal immigrants, and his followers believe him. The way has been paved in advance.
