Letting him access military equipment would bolster his lies that there are distinct threats against his life that Harris and Biden aren't facing.

In addition, it would give him the ability to order around active duty military staff. It would be easy for his culties to think that the military is going along with his plans to steal the election again, perhaps radicalizing them even more.

Fuck no.
