I mean, he just was being oily and insincere and trying to shame the Palestinians by babbling about "what they could have," and he saw it in the only terms he understands: shitty real estate deals.

He's not going to get involved in that fucking nightmare or waste a penny of his own money trying to secure it. He's a nepo baby twit but even he understands that would be a terrible goddamn deal that wouldn't be remotely lucrative in his lifetime and paint a giant target on his family forever.
