Not exactly smart or even effective politics to polarize the debate, when so many affected are from both parties.
And by all means, let's just divert from the actual republicans blocking accountability to focus on people with no control over anything at all.
It's not just a questioning of them them here, it's demanding that these folks do something politically stupid and diverting from the actual democratic process as if this is an election, and not a just-elected government already in power.
That's essentially what Trump is running right now, as if he's detached from what he, himself, is promulgating and doing like some outsider against the deep state which he describes as some sort of shadow government that called all of the shots, including his prosecution.
He says this almost daily, but some folks seem to believe that playing along with the rhetoric diversion game - which is what this post is essentially demanding these out-of-power Democrats participate in - is more important than regular citizens demanding their government respond to them.
When you see national protest movements against authoritarians in other countries, you don't see the people clamouring for another figurehead to speak for them. They insist the politicians, all of them in the way of democracy or progress, respond to the people's voices, to THEIR concerns as they express them.
That would represent a true political movement in which ALL Americans concerned with the actions of the Trump regime can coalesce around, not just Democrats.
