(51,041 posts)Stop blaming us (younger folk who voted in large numbers overall for Dems) when it was the older Gens who voted far more for Trump and Rethugs percentage wise than we did as a whole.
Gen X, (the older ones who will be in their 60s come 2026, 2028, and 2030, so hardly 'younger' voters as a Gen) especially have now moved significantly to the right starting in 2022 and continuing in 2024.
You want MAGA to win the day over and over, well then, keep blaming us younger folk, and keep on having septuagenarian and octogenarian Dem leaders blocking younger generations from taking the lead in terms of power positions.
I am well aware this board is vastly older than the US electorate is overall, but I will damned if I stand by and let us younger folk be made the scapegoats for a hot mess we did not create.
