How is Chuck going to stop Musk if he gives the power to Musk.

Killing the CR puts it all on Magats.

If Krasnov and Musk gut everything during a shutdown people will revolt by the millions.

Passing the CR gives the power to Musk and takes it away from Congress and that precedent will be set.
